At first, she had looked like a child, so fragile that Rasoul didn't even want to lift her by the arm, fearing he might break her bones in the process. However, hovering before him with her eyes closed was the same baby, now older and more developed.

'How is this possible? She is only a week old, for God's sake. Why does she look so mature and developed?' Rasoul looked at the fairy in front of him, his mind buzzing with a million questions. It was one thing to grow a couple of years in a short period of time—he had been through a similar process—but jumping a whole realm of development was unheard of.

Joy essentially skipped being a teenager. She went from being a child, transcending to teenagehood, and finally reached adolescence before seemingly becoming a young lady in early adulthood. She now looked like a woman in her early twenties, meaning she was no longer a child who needed to be pampered.
