Bab 1: Prologue
Third Person PoV
Mediterranean Sea, Gozo island. This is the world's oldest demon sanctuary, also suspected by many people to be the sleeping place of the world's mightiest vampire.
Gajou Akatsuki, a famed archaeologist in the world, having the title of death returnee was here along with his children. Kojou Akatsuki and Nagisa Akatsuki.
Gajou in cahoots with, Liana Caruana a descendant of the 1st Primogenitor was here to awaken the 4th Primogenitor, with the holy lance.
But he wasn't sure he could bring a strong enough spirt medium or priestesses, so he brought his own daughter.
Nagisa was a born hyper adapter like her mother, Mimori Akatsuki and used spirit arts taught to her by her grandmother, Hisano Akatsuki.
Thus she was a rare hybrid, one strong enough to awaken the 4th Primogenitor. Although Gajou brought her, he also brought Kojou.
Even though Mimori warned him that she didn't want their children to be put in danger. If anything happened here the already breaking marriage of theirs will finally end.
The head of the Gozo islands ruins exploration team, Caluso had finally found the place he thought the 4th to be sealed in.
It was a coffin made up of pure ice, unbreaking and not melting through anything. It was named The Fairy Coffin, due each of them having a fairy like girl inside it.
The fairy's coffin were twelve in number, each one a relic of the cleansing.
The main exploration team consisted of Nagisa, Liliana and Kojou, who insisted on tagging along and not letting his sister go alone.
But anyone didnt know that, the black death emperor front was also eyeing the fairy coffin. And that this event will set the wheels of fates of three persons in motion.
Kojou Akatsuki, Nagisa Akatsuki and the yet to be named Avrora Florestina.

"Onee-chan,Kojou kun, do you think there is a real fairy inside the coffin?"
"Don't be ridiculous Nagisa, it the 4th Primogenitor, not a fairy."
"Don't be so negative, Kojou-kun, the being inside looks just like a fairy, that is why it is named The fairy's coffin."
Kojou just scoffed at this, their father didn't come to see them for months and when he comes back only to put them in this mess.
Kojou had missed a basketball match due to this trip so he wasn't in a good mood. But the same could not be said for Nagisa, who was always cheerful and talkative. Paired with Liana they could go on for a long time.
Reaching inside the ruins which was deep inside the cave, the three of them were fascinated by the glacial structures in the hollow.
Large pillars of ice jutted form the ground upto the ceiling acting as the support of the cave.
The first thing Kojou noticed was their effectiveness in combat.
'There is a good amount of cover here.'
But he didnt think as this place was pretty safe. Little did he know that the prince of death, Golan Hazroff had set his sights on very thing they were here for.
The trio reached the centre of the ice cave, where they found the coffin. Inside there was a girl.
The girl had blonde hair, her closed eyes conveyed a sleep for an untold amounts of time, her frail body and the lack of clothing made her look like a fairy.
Kojou was struck by lightning seeing that, Liana commented on his reaction in a teasing way
"Ara~ Kojou-kun want to change your statement from before?"
Nagisa also looked at her brother and laughed a little. Kojou got embarrassed and shouted
"Shut up! A boy in puberty has a lot to think for, alright?"
Saying so he took out the crossbow specifically made for shooting the holy lance. It was semi automatic type, but the lance was large hence it could only shoot once.
The holy lance itself was a fairly long with minute magicak symblos engraved in it. He loaded the crossbow and gave it to Nagisa, as she was here to shoot it.
She took it and used the spirit arts and shot it at the coffin. The lance cut through the air and hit the ice block.
And the ice box became mist and vanished leaving the blonde girl at the ground. But just then, a bullet was shot at Liana's hand. And the shooters announced themselves with a shout, known to the three present here.
"Death to the vampire's."
Liana being a vampire quickly reacted taking Nagisa with her and taking cover, while Kojou ran to the other side to hide behind a ice pillar.
Gunshots rang while simultaneously Liana summoned one of her two familiars.
"Skoll, crush them."
A large golden wolf about 3 to 4 meters in length appered in the air and started to rip the attackers apart.
But the wound of Liana hadn't healed, seeing that Kojou cursed and said to her.
"Liana, they are using bullets made for demons, be careful."
Liana nodded to this and summoned her another familiar, Hati. It was also a wolf same in size as the previous one, but of silver color.
The two familiars were doing very nicely till the prince appeared. Golan Hazroff was a strong beast man.
He immediately transformed into his beast form and using specially made bullets took one of the familiars of Liana down.
And then seeing the, blonde girl on the floor he shouted to his subordinates.
"Ignore these bastards, kill the girl on the floor first, we must kill it!"
Hearing that many people attacked the 12th Kalied Blood but Nagisa being the kind soul tried to save her by shielding her using her own body.
Kojou seeing that his sister is in the line of fire of the terrorists, ran to save her. He got shot in the abdomen but managed to push her out of the way, safe behind a pillar.
"Ugh!"
But he wasn't that lucky himself, his entire torso and chest was ripped apart by the bullets in few moments.
"Atleast Nagisa is safe! Get here fast you dammed father!"
With that Kojou died. Seeing that Liana got angry and started to attack the beast men by herself without any cover.
Even though Vampires are generally stronger than theriantrope's, Golan Hazroff was special with the blue flames that came with his beatification he took down the second and last familiar of Liana.
All while Liana was fighting Golan, Nagisa was in shock. But due to the blood that sprayed onto the blonde girl she had awakened just in time to see Kojou's act of bravery.
Being a very strong spirit medium, Nagisa took the soul of the 4th Primogenitor, inside her and temporarily used the 4th's power and commanded the blonde haired girl to save her brother.
The vampire, already moved by the bravery bowed under the coercion of a strong spirit medium, and turned Kojou into her blood servant by ripping her 4th and 5th ribs and giving it to him.
Gradually Kojou's wounds healed and he started breathing, albeit he was little paler than before.
But just than, Liana lost to Golan. Liana was a young vampire, so young that she can't even control both of her familiars at once.
Where as Golan was a experienced vampire hunter, and topped with the anti demon bullets it was easy for him to lethally damage, Liana.
Seeing Liana at her feets the 4th Primogenitor now back in control but inside Nagisa's body looked at Golan and said
"You flith, dare fight in my presence!"
The 4th invoked her 12th familiar.
"Awaken, Dodekatos!"
The blonde vampire girl suddenly turned into mist and transformed into a mermaid.
A large mermaid appered in the cave, and the already frozen temperature reached an all time low. From a single wave from the giant mermaids hand all the people present here were frozen.
Only Kojou, Nagisa and Liana were safe, Liana due to being near Nagisa and Kojou already being dead, almost.
The entire cave was covered in a blizzard, all the entrances were frozen shit and the terrorist became popsicles, dying due to low temperatures.
But Nagisa's body gave up and she fainted, the 4th Primogenitor said in a chuckling voice.
"I shall wait for the banquet, till then live your life, Child."
Liana still barely conscious, was in awe by the strength shown by the stronget vampire in the world. She dragged her near dead body near Kojou. Pulled him closer to Nagisa and the blonde girl who turned back from the mermaid.
She being near dead looked at the three and spoke silently. "The 4th Primogenitor, A spirit medium and hyper adapter strong enough to house the mightiest vampire of the world and the sole blood servant of the 4th.
These three will surely cause waves in the world."
Liana looked at the blonde girls and whispered in her ear
"Your name shall be, Avrora Florestina."
With that the gentle vampire died protecting the two.
Unconsciously, the newly named Kalied Blood smiled and whispered.
"Avrora."

Outside the cave, Gajou Akatsuki with the other combat members of the excavation team had finally managed to suppress the black death emperor front.
Immediately after, Gajou went to search for his children. He rushed to their location as he sensed the large magic surge underground.
Using his ability to phase through solids, he reached very quickly near the frozen cave entrance.
Gajou had gained his ability when he lost half of his body, in one of the Deva necropolis. He then came back with abilities to phase through solids,sensing magical power from mystical objects or mystical creatures, and conjuring various firearms with anti-magic properties from his coat.
When he reached inside the cave he found a very devastating scene.
Kojou, Nagisa, the 4th Primogenitor and Liana lying on the ice floor near each other. He immediately reached to check for their pulses and find out that Liana had passed from this world.
It pained him but his children took his priority and he took the two of them along with the, girl named Avrora. Liana had written it in her blood so that others could remember it.
He immediately booked a flight for Japan, where his wife, Mimori a renowned scientists and a doctor. She was the head of the medical department of MAR, Magna Ataraxia Research.
She was a psychomotor, a type of hyper adapter which allows her to tell everything wrong with a person just by touching them.
Gajou can only hope that both of his children were fine, but he can already see that Kojou is not a human anymore. His eyes are telling him. Same with Nagisa, he can see the magical energy coming out of her in loads.
That amount is not something a human could posses.
"Fucking Terrorists!"

In the hospital of MAR in japan, inside the room of Mimori a heated arguement was going on.
"Gajou, what did you do? I told you to not take our kids in harm's way. Yet you did it and this happned!"
"I know Mimori, but I didn't know that there would be a attack there! But still they are alive and fine."
"Fine? Kojou became the blood servant of the darn 4th Primogenitor, the only one not to mention, and Nagisa houses the soul of the said Primogenitor.
Nagisa will die if that soul is not taken out, on top of that her life force is half gone due to her activating a familiar of a vampire. No matter how good her spirit is, she can't house the 4th Primogenitor."
Gajou had his head down the whole time. He couldn't refute anything his wife said. But before he could say anything more Mimori continued.
"I can't take this anymore! I want a divorce. MAR is opening a hospital and research facility in Itogami island and I am the proposed chief. I will take the kids there, I will handle Nagisa's problem myself and keep it as under control as possible. And you go and find a damn cure for it."
Gajou was shocked at this, he knew their relationship was bad but looks like he truly did fuck up this time. But he nodded and went out immediately to look for a cure for his children.
Mimori, still in a hyper state calmed. Just then the phone rang she took it and heard a voice she knew too well.
"Dr. Akatsuki, I heard you are in the position of a very interesting specimen. I want you to take it to the Itogami island and work on it."
"I was also planning this, director."
"Very well, this project is named Sleeping Princess."
With that the phone hung up. And Mimori sighed for the nth time this day and went to look after her kids.
...
The minds of young children tend to forget scary or traumatic memories, but if the trauma is too strong it becomes PTSD with a little altered memory.
That's what happened with Kojou and Nagisa. Both of them forgot about the whole 4th Primogenitor event and just remembered being attacked by demons.
Nagisa developed a severe fear of demons and Kojou took up fighting classes. He didnt like how weak he was unable to protect his sister and only wait for help.
He didn't remember exactly but he knew he failed to protect his sister. Suddenly being announced that their parents divorced and moving to the man made, island and a demon sanctuary, Itogami island.
Kojou and Nagisa were a bit perplexed but settled down quickly. Both of them enrolled in the Saikai Academy.

In the floor above the principal's floor, Gajou could be seen talking with a little child. But that little girl is one of the strongest attack mages in the world.
Natsuki Minamiya, or more widely known as the Witch of the Void.
"I ask you to protect and look over my children till I find a cure for them Natsuki."
"Fine, I will. But don't expect me to babysit them."
...
With that Gajou went to find a cure for his children, Mimori became Nagisa's personal physician to look after her.
And Kojou made some new friends, one of them especially special, Asagi Aiba. Minamiya Natsuki becoming an english teacher in high school.
The project Sleeping Princess also began with full preparation in the MAR lab.And thus the Akatsuki family's children lived a peaceful life until, the banquet began.
