By 5 PM, the day is winding down, and Christian knows his time in Vilanculos is coming to an end. After spending the afternoon overseeing repairs and meeting with the hotel staff, he's ready to head back to Maputo. He walks into the hotel manager's office, where Jorge is finishing up his final tasks for the day. The air between them feels lighter than when they first met—more familiar, as if the groundwork has already been laid for a productive future.

Jorge looks up from his desk, where he's been making notes for the team's next steps. "Well, I think we've covered everything," he says, setting down his pen. "I've got the team ready for the changes you suggested."

Christian nods, glancing around the office. It's been a productive few days, but he knows there's still much to be done. "It was," he agrees, standing up and adjusting his blazer. "But we'll need to keep the momentum going. I'll send you an email summarizing the next steps."
