As the week came to an end, everyone had gathered for one final ceremony, the wedding of Tempest and Spencer.
As we are gathered here today, we are all to bear witness not the simple exchanging of words, but the union of two talented individuals. Spencer and Tempest have both expressed their fondness for one another and both have served not only their friends, not only our kingdom, but two separate worlds.
Today is a joyful day! So rejoice in the union of Tempest and Spencer of New Ottawa! May I have the rings?
Kett offered up the rings as his guardians were looking rather dashing. Tempest in a black and purple cuffed suit, hemmed with gold, while Spencer was wearing a silver and pink cuffed suit, hemmed with rose gold.
Do you Spencer take Tempest not only to be your partner in the line of duty, but in life as well?
I do.
And do you Tempest, take this soldier, do you take him as he takes you? Will you protect him?
I do.
Then by the powers vested in me, I hereby pronounce you married. You may kiss.
As the two kissed, the crowd erupted in cheers and applause as the two walked down the aisle. Outside, the Ghost and the other heroes were holding up a large Ottawa Flag for them to walk under as they made their way to the carriage. The many races cheered for the couple as they waved and entered the Carriage.
As they were about to leave, the Ghost made his way to them.
Tempest, Spencer.
Ghost, thank you for giving us the chance at this peace.
Don't thank me. I'm just glad I can see all of you happy and smiling. I know deep down that all if well.
Don't sell yourself short Ghost. If not for you, we'd all be dead. Thanks to you, all of this, was possible! We can't thank you enough!
I just hope I am worthy of such thanks.
Trust us, you are.
As the Ghost stepped away from the carriage, everyone gasped as Mithos and Death stepped out from in front of the carriage.
