The Ghost mounted up in a O-60 tank and his convoy left for Congress. He was in the ODPA as the convoy left Ottawa carrying the hopes and concerns to Congress.

As the New Ottawan convoy passed the halfway mark, US escorts began to form up around them.

As the M1 Abrams rolled up next to the O-60, the Watcher dropped the tanks into eleventh gear and rolled past the modern tank effortlessly. The Japanese were escorted by Inferno and the 451st heavy transport division.
As the convoy reached the bunker, soldiers blocked their path.

Before the soldiers could speak, the Watcher started the O-60 towards the bunker door. The soldiers knew better than to stand in the way. As the convoy reached the front door, everyone got out and was escorted inside. After they were decontaminated, they were escorted to the lowest level of the bunker where Congress had gathered.
As the doors opened, the Ghost and his team were before Congress.
