Bab 248: Drunk Ice Baby

Chi Cheng wasn't the least bit bothered that just moments ago, his younger son would have crushed his windpipe and ended his life. He brushed the back of his hand against Yu Yusheng's cheek, regretting that he was unable to find the true source of his son's resentment.

"My little sun…" He whispered, pressing a kiss on Yu Yusheng's forehead where a dragon's mark was tattooed. "I used to feel betrayed for what you did to me…but was it truly your doing?"

"Ah-Xin," Feng Renxing said in a slightly stern tone. "I know you believe that Yu Yusheng might have been controlled…but we still don't know the full truth of what happened."

Chi Cheng nodded with a weary sigh, finding the strength to rise to his feet.

"We should take him back to where we knocked him unconscious and then wake him up," Chi Cheng suggested, rubbing his forehead with his forefingers. "Our troubles seem to keep piling."
