“Good evening, Joker. I’m sorry for asking to see you so suddenly like this.”

That was the first thing Joke heard after he had changed into professional-looking attire and arrived at the VIP room of this arena. Meanwhile, the sound of cheers from the audience that filled all the seats in the hall signaled that the exhibition match had begun.

Yet, the atmosphere inside the VIP room was more tense than usual. Furthermore, the people here didn’t seem too interested in the duel.

Two of those were Rin and White Wolf, his teammates who were in similarly formal clothes. They gave him a nod as a greeting after several months apart due to them being busy with their own duty.

“Good evening, Mr. Inthana.”

Joke immediately turned to wait for the person who addressed him earlier.
