“Here, would you like to try? My dragons all love this thing, you know?”

Joke held out the snack in his hand again. He let the other party slowly observe the cake without urging any further. The young dragon still looked anxious, but it was a lot calmer after sniffing the sweet fragrance of that dessert in his hand. The trees that were moving wildly started to slow down. Even Kaztro was impressed.

“Come. There’s no need to be scared. You’re hungry, right? I have lots of snacks like this in my pocket.”

Joke inched closer with a smile, seeing that the dragon had let its guard down by a lot. And when he held out his hand with a piece of cake again, she hesitated momentarily. The sugary smell that came closer made her even more intrigued. Eventually, small hands reached out and carefully took it.
