"Darling, I don't think she's home," said Eduardo, standing with a support stick in both hands, looking dashing with a slightly bloated belly and thick beard.
"I'm sure she's here, Damian's car is here too," Adriana replied, glancing at Damian's car.
"But there's no response from inside."

Adriana crossed her arms, stared at the door until it slowly opened, and smiled when she saw Valerie.
"Look, I knew she was home!" she said cheerfully, quickly approaching Valerie and kissing her on both cheeks.
Valerie smiled awkwardly, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, feeling nervous and uncomfortable, unable to stop thinking about her recent activity with Damian.
"You look pale and tired," Adriana said.
