"You're quite right," Barlo snapped his fingers and grinned broadly, "Your Highness is indeed astute. The formulation of rules demands a vast amount of energy, and this chaotic 'Spiricontam' energy is a crucial component in the deduction of those rules. It is this very power that the deities covet."
