Bab 24: Chapter 24: Hiruzen vs Danzo II:End of Danzo
Konoha Hospital
Osamu POV
I feel empty.
I know I should try to escape this kind of mindset.
My family, probably resting in the pure land right now, would want nothing more than for me to move on.
Especially Shiori.
She always wanted me to be strong.
'Shiori, are you okay in the pure land'
'Your dreams to become strong. I will carry it. Mom, Dad. Your simple desire for me to have a simple life and settle down. I'm sorry.'
'I will probably not have a simple life. However, I shall try and trive to find myself someone to settle with.'

A while later once Osamu was thinking straight again, he was now recalling certain phenomenons.
The times he was unable to control his emotions and accidentally activated something.
HAOSHOKU HAKI/CONQUEROR'S HAKI
Although it was a power he cannot train. It was something he can control. And it involves controlling his emotions.
Right now, he already knows how to enable himself to use the Observation Haki and Armament Haki.
The addition of Conqueror's Haki was a nice topping for him. Still feeling a bit disheartened about the loss of his family, but it was not logical or healthy for him.
It feels like betraying them but he himself knows how deep he would be in if he continued that thought.
In his last life, Suicide was a common thing due to the same reasons. Heartbroken, Depression and loss.
He's now 13 years old and it has been 7 years since he gained his consciousness.
He was currently thinking of what path to take besides becoming strong to survive and follow his sisters dreams and possibly find himself a partner.
But he was not in a hurry of the latter, he was just 13 years old! Maybe wait 5 years more and focus on his growth.
'Should I thrive to be Hokage?'
'or should I just thrive to become the strongest?'
'What exactly am I supposed to do?' was the last question in his mind as he felt Kakashi beside him getting serious.
"Osamu, are you able to take action and protect yourself? We have intruders approaching."
"There are 12 of them, 3 Jonins and the rest elite chunin."
Hearing him, Osamu assumed his shuchu state and made a shadow clone.
"You know what to do." His clone nodded and immediately sat in a corner.
Placing a bit of seal to conceal his clone's presence, Osamu spoke.
"Why don't we greet them outside since I already know who they are?"
Kakashi agreed so they went out.
The squad of root Shinobi followed them after sensing them go outside, thinking they might escape.
But then they were puzzled when they saw Kakashi and Osamu waiting for them.
"Osamu Yago, Lord D-"
"Spare me the chit chat and come at me, I am tired hearing your slogans already." Osamu growled and cut him off.
"Kill him." The leader commanded.
All 12 rushed at him with cold weapons, disregarding Kakashi who was already wearing a cold expression and his Sharingan already uncovered.
"Lightning Style: lightning beast tracking fang."
A lightning hound connected by lightning through Kakashi's hands which formed raikiri, appeared and charged at the incoming enemy.
Not surprised by the sudden jutsu, the enemy tried to dodge but was unable to, due to the unpredictable movement of the hound and it's speed.
This immediately cut down their numbers down to 7 killing 5 Chunins.
However before they can recover another voice fell and shurikens sailed in the air towards them.
"Shuriken Kage bunshin jutsu!"
The shuriken multiplied into countless shurikens, way more than what the jutsu was supposed to provide.
This was because Osamu added a Genjutsu in the mix, the very genjutsu he used against Kakashi.
Seeing the rain of shurikens with no space to dodge and nothing around to cover, the remaining 7 roots performed their own Earth Style Jutsu to cover them.
Once the hail of shurikens were done, the roots came out only to be pierced on their chest by Chidori and Raikiri simultaneously.
Leaving 5 of them left who immediately tries to cut Kakashi and Osamu but failed as Kakashi turned to a lightning clone while Osamu having predicted the attack dodge easily.
Then Kakashi pulled one of the Chunin underground before killing him as he made his way on the surface.
The remaining roots, confused by the strength of Osamu to dodge each attack as if knowing what they will do next didn't stop.
One of the Jonin holding a short sword tried to stab Osamu head from the left but was surprised to see Osamu's hands turned dark and pinched his short sword with two fingers only.
Osamu applied a force on it and destroyed the blade then generated chidori without hand seal to pierce the chest of the Jonin successfully.
He didn't stop and immediately turned to a block of wood as another blade passed by his neck.
The root ninja, another Jonin clicked his tongue at the failure to kill his target.
There were 4 roots left.
2 Jonins facing Kakashi and was having a draw match at the moment while Osamu was being pursued by 1 Jonin and 1 Chunin.
This stand still however didn't last long as Kakashi dispatched the enemy on his side while Osamu caught the last Chunin leaving only one Jonin left.
As soon as he realized he was the only one left, he immediately made some distance from Osamu and casted a Jutsu.
"Reverse Summoning Jutsu!"
In a puff of smoke the Jonin disappeared.

Hiruzen Vs Danzo
With their numbers dwindling, the roots will be wiped out. It is only a matter of time.
After this however, whether the other villages will strike while Konoha underwent a civil war, is an issue the leaf will have to face eventually.
In the fight of Hiruzen and Danzo, Danzo lost more eyes until he was only left with 2 eyes on his palm.
That was also the time when Hiruzen finally caught his breath from expending too much chakra and energy leaving him too tired.
Taking advantage of this, Danzo charged with his short sword, although he revived himself multiple times, doesn't mean he was back to perfect health.
There were some drawbacks so he couldn't utilize much of his ninjutsu and opted for a more physical confrontation.
Hiruzen, thought tired didn't back down and engaged Danzo in another bout only for Danzo to smirk at him and disappeared.
Then he was replaced by another man, probably root who upon looking at Hiruzen charged with Kunai ok both hands.
Hiruzen simply waved his staff that turned bigger and swept the enemy like a fly.
Hiruzen sat down on the ground while taking labored breathing, too tired to even locate Danzo but his vigilance was on high alert in case of any ambush.

Osamu was looking at the person responsible for his family's demise. Danzo was no longer covered bandages and it looked like his secrets has been exposed based on the status of his right hand being unsealed.
"You." Osamu said.
"The fucking trouble and Kakashi." Danzo blurted out.
"Danzo Shimura." Kakashi also said as he prepares himself for another fight while looking at the hands of Danzo where 2 Sharingan were implanted, he can even see more eyes bit were closed.
There's no need to even guess that all of those closed eyes have Sharingan in them.
"It sems we only need to kill you 3 more times, Danzo. I must thank the first ones to do you." Osamu announced letting Kakashi know of a crucial information.
"Hmp, you talk big as if a Chunin like you can actually kill someone like me?"
"Oh don't worry, right I don't have that kind of power, however." Osamu released his shadow clone in the hospital who was gathering nature energy for him.
"I think I can kill you if I am Sage." Osamu said with confidence as his presence became different to both Kakashi and Danzo.
A tattoo of black markings surrounded both his eyes and circle with a dot inside adorned his forehead.
The sage mode was similar to Hashirama making Danzo have a glimpse of Hashirama's figure as he was a bit surprised.
'So that's why they couldn't clean him up, he was already a sage, such strength at such an age, too bad, he must die.'
Danzo disappeared from his spot, utilizing his advantage as a superior Shinobi, Danzo immediately set to cut Osamu's head.
Even Kakashi was unable to follow up immediately, only when Danzo was in front of Osamu did he quickly moved to retaliate.
While Osamu simply stepped back avoiding Danzo horizontal cut to his neck, with the intention to behead him.
Kakashi by now was already in a motion to pierce Danzo with Raikiri.
But the root head blocked it with his blade and intended to cut Kakashi down.
But he was unable to since his blade was blocked by a Kunai.
Kakashi tried to kick him while Osamu proceeds to cut his neck.
Danzo avoided an retaliated.
Sparks flew when metal hit metal or thuds were heard when a kick or punch was blocked.
Then the air whistles as a moved to kill was avoided as the trio engaged in 2-on-1 taijutsu battle.
Eventually, Danzo's fatigue from battling Hiruzen made him unable to dodge Kakashi's Raikiri that pierced his chest from front to back.
Then as if everything was a dream, Danzo in Kakashi's arms faded.
"Don't let your guard down, he's still alive sensei."
"I know, you said it before, we need to get him twice right?" Osamu nodded.
"How do you know?" Danzo's voice resounded behind them and they immediately turned around.
There they saw Danzo whose hands only has one last sharingan eye opened.
"That is something no one in this world will know, the same way I know you're a coward. The reason why you didn't become Hokage was because you were too afraid to voice out your desire I front of Tobirama Senju. You are just another coward, Danzo."
Danzo was furious hearing! But he didn't let the kid agitate him much. He was a veteran and would not let such a kid who didn't even witnessed war.
Danzo, resolved to end Osamu, didn't rush towards them to engage in another bout which just now earned him an eye.
He only has one more chance to revive, after that if he dies, he will truly die for real.
Osamu however have different thoughta as he casted a Genjutsu against a tired Danzo.
"Shippuden Series: Danzo's death!"
Hearing his jutsu's name, Kakashi and Danzo were surprised with one question in mind.
'Seriously? You're gonna let him see how his gonna die?' Kakashi with a deadpanned expression.
'ha! You think this will shake me?'
When the Genjutsu played however, not only was Danzo caught, as both of them watched the scene in a flash.

And
Sasuke Vs Danzo battle ending in Danzo's death with a chidori through his chest while holding a red haired girl wearing eye glasses.
No matter how much Danzo struggled to disturb his own chakra, he was unable to get out of the Genjutsu.
Getting out of a Genjutsu created by a sage would probably require more than what Danzo have to offer as even pain with his rinnegan was defeated by Jiraiya partially using the toad Sage's Genjutsu.
Kakashi was looking around in frantic because he was caught in the Genjutsu too.
Now that the illusion ended he became vigilant again and then only saw Osamu already killed Danzo with chidori to the chest.
For the Izanagi to activate, the person dying must prepare it firsthand. But how can you have it activate when your inside a Genjutsu?
The answer?
'It still works?' was Osamu's thought as he saw a tree grew rapidly and Danzo taking off his body from there before he was snared by the growing tree.
But Danzo wasn't able to run much when Osamu appeared in front of him holding his heart that was taken by a dark hand, plunged from his front chest all the way to his back.
His beating heart was in Osamu's hand covered in Armament Haki. Osamu crushed the heart he was holding and take off his hands that pierced Danzo's chest.
