Bab 227: Danger Over The Horizon

The crew's eyes flashed on hearing Khan's thoughts as they all began examining his words in their heads and were quick to come to the realization of something.

The realization of everything that had been going on board. Just like Khan said, they had truly lost quite a number of crew members.

Yet they couldn't see any nervousness on Captain Jack's face concerning whether they would have enough to fight the Kraken in the end.

That had not even been a consideration ever since they had embarked on this mission.

All Captain Jack cared about was retrieving the lost treasures of the captain, each treasure having one strange effect after another. Effects that seemed to contribute towards the mission's success.

Yet it seemed Captain Jack was more than fine losing crew members compared to being unable to obtain the various treasures that he ought to possess on every island.
