Bab 53: Fifty-three

After my win over Louis, we went to the infirmary to see how Lila was doing. She had been injured by Elise, a girl from Fallmore, who had somehow managed to overpower her in the match. It was a shocking and unexpected outcome, as Lila was one of our strongest fighters. We were all worried about her.

"I'm fine," said Lila again as Remy examined her again and again, and I couldn't stop laughing because of Remy. He was acting like a doctor, checking her pulse, her temperature, her blood pressure, and everything else he could think of.

He was so concerned and protective, it was almost cute. But Lila was clearly annoyed by his fussing, she just wanted to be left alone.

"Are you sure because I don't feel like it and you look pale?" said Remy as he got too close to Lila and Lila pushed him away.

She rolled her eyes and gave him a stern look, telling him to back off. She was not in the mood for his flirting, she was still upset about her loss.
