Bab 283: Elaina's Sword's Origin
Elaina can tell that the individual before her is not just another one of these guys who almost attacked her. He exudes some sort of aura that kind of reminds her of the sages from the magic tower that visit once in a while in the Kingdom of Luminiera's castle for some business here and there. However, unlike the sages, this individual who looks like an old man with a very stylish beard doesn't seem to have any sort of air like the sages. But his way of handling himself is enough to show his status and authority.
"I know that it has been ages since I have seen another human...but care to tell me whether you are a male or female human? For me, humans with no beards just look the same to me," the old dwarf began to caress his beard while also eyeing Elaina.

Kyosei Hello everyone, Author here.
I apologized once again for being absent for a few days however, this time, it was not because of laziness but because I got hit by a very bad fever and severe stomachache that had me vomiting all of what I ate for these past few days. I can't push myself to write a chapter while I am sick because the moment I try to watch something on my laptop screen or straight into my phone's screen, my headache starts to flare up and I feel like nauseous and felt like vomiting whatever things I ate before that I have to avoid using any sort of gadget.
I am a bit better now, but I am still nowhere in tip-top shape and would still likely have to rest and have to reduce my screen time with either the phone or laptop to fully recover. I will try to catch up in making up all those days I missed updating a single chapter but no guarantees I will be consistent to it as I am still taking medications to ensure everything will be back to normal soon.
