I quickly raised a wall of vines in front of myself as a blazing wave of flames came barreling towards me, my vines getting charred black as the flames collided against them, but failed to break through.

As the flames dissipated, I took down my wall of vines and shot forward, right as Kalico emerged from the Monster's shadow behind him, before her eyes widened in alarm as his tail whipped out towards her, slamming onto her chest and sending her flying back, the flames at the end of the Monster's tail burning the skin around her collarbone.

I then sent several vines shooting out towards the evolved Pyro Dragon, who swiftly flew up to evade them before rapidly swooping down towards me, swinging his claws at my head as he closed in.
