"[Mystic Transcension: Cloak of Vines]!" I chanted as I sprang back just in time to evade the swipe of the Monster's claws, which tore through my shirt and grazed my chest, trickles of blood running down my torso as several vines burst out all around and wrapped around my body, enveloping me.

"Oh, you're faster now," Remarked the Monster with a gleam in his eyes, as he shot towards me and sent his stinger shooting out towards my stomach.

I extended out several vines and rapidly coiled them around the stinger as it closed in on me, before giving it a sharp yank to pull the Monster off balance as I extended out a long, thick vine and whipped it at him with all my strength.

The vine slammed onto the middle of his chest and sent him flying back, before I formed a vine with a razor sharp edge and rapidly extended it straight towards his throat with as much speed as I could generate.
