I have to say, this is pretty damn amazing...the information has been compiled in great detail, and yet it's not cluttered or all over the place.

It's well organized and easy to go through, I'm genuinely impressed by how neatly all the info has been compiled...this is really encouraging, I might've just gotten myself a near-perfect client to work with.

Thanks to this info, I've been able to find a clear pattern in my target's behavior. All the victims were between the ages of fifteen to twenty-five, they were all attractive, petite girls with long, straight hair.

Yeah, this guy very clearly has a type.

All the victims were raped and killed in their own rooms at night, the exact time that each incident took place is unknown, but I'd assume it's likely after midnight, once the streets are mostly deserted.

The victims are of a wide range of social standing, some from rich families, some from relatively lower class families and some in between.
