Bab 266: How much I missed you!

Ryle's chin felt like it was scalded. Up so close, he could see her thick eyelashes as she narrowed those beautiful eyes at him oh so suspiciously. 

''N..Nothing.'' 

''You are stuttering.'' 

''You are too beautiful.'' 

''I am a mess right now. I haven't even combed my hair.''

Ryle frowned, ''I don't what I should do to make you believe that you can not do that for ages and still be the most beautiful woman in this world.'' 

Daisy's face felt rather warm under his searing gaze. She shook her head inwardly, reminding herself to not be distracted, ''You stuttered when you looked away. Are you saying that the wall is beautiful as well?" 

Ryle sighed. 

''Tell me what you have done.'' 

''Why do you think I have done something?"

"You… are being too sweet to me out of blue,'' Daisy said after a momentary thought. 

''Sweetheart, are you suggesting that I am not sweet to you on other days?"
