100,000 years ago – Mythical Realm.

Long ago, when all the mythical creatures co-existed together, there was nothing like the mate bond. When werewolves get to the age of their lycanthropy and get their wolves, they're free to marry whomever they choose to or even if they are so fixed on getting married to someone compatible with them, they could go and get a reading of their fates at the hand of Gaia – the greatest witch ever born. 

Nine out of ten, Gaia paired them with the perfect partner and having the perfect partner always brought prosperity to all the packs and dens of mythical creatures.
