He tried to open the door quietly, aiming not to disturb the slumbering guard, but despite the fact that he held nothing back and used all the physical raw strength he could muster, the door didn't even budge.

Facing this abnormality, Valerius was taken aback. How strong was he? He could destroy boulders with his punches and collapse houses with his kick. Yet, he wasn't able to open a simple door. What the heck was going on?

'Given my strength, this shouldn't have happened unless... the door is enchanted.' 

Valerius came to this conclusion as he thought rationally. 

'Maybe only a personalized personnel can open it,' he concluded further.

There was only one personalized personnel around him. With a sharp and penetrating gaze, he looked towards the guard, who was sound asleep despite standing tall with a deadly weapon to boot.

Valerius's gaze was unnerving.

It could wake up anyone with a sense of self preservation.
