A night passed.

The next morning, Qiao Yin woke up.

She opened her eyes, only to find darkness.

She assumed her vision was blurred from just waking up, so she waited a while before trying to open her eyes again.

However, it was still pitch black, no light at all.

The sound of her grandmother's surprised voice echoed in her ears: "Yinyin, are you awake?"

Qiao Yin instinctively turned towards the source of the voice, "Grandmother?"

"Yes, it's me, Yinyin, it's your grandmother!"

"Grandmother, can't I see with my eyes?"

"Yes, but don't worry, it's only temporary. After a few days of treatment, your eyesight will be restored."

"Oh."

Qiao Yin relaxed, then reached out for her grandmother's hand: "Grandmother, are you scared? What time is it? Have you eaten? Have you slept and rested?"
