Bab 11: Chapter Eleven

Once again, we were engulfed by silence, we just sat there staring at each other, then my Aunt handed me the book that she was trying so hard to hide from me, then walked off. I looked at the book confused and wanted to ask so many questions, but I didn’t want to know some of the answers that she may give me. So, I decided it best to head up to my room and read the book. See what is so important about it. This time, I will be able to read it properly. When I got to my room, I closed the door and searched for a candle as it was starting to get dark outside. I lit the candle and climbed onto my bed, when I opened the book a slip of paper fell on my lap. Curious, I looked at it. I noticed the writing was my Aunts;

‘Madison, you are to find a special book, this book will take you a place,

if you do not succeed then it will cost you, your mother’s life, you have a month’.
