Bab 62: CupCake05 on The Move

#Near Ayodale Hospital

A young man of twenty-seven, wearing a black t-shirt, pants, and hat—black on black—was sneaking over the rooftop boundary wall of a nearby building, only a few hundred meters away from his surveillance target—the hospital—close enough for a hawk-eye like him to see what was going in and coming out. He was using generation 4 tactical night-vision binoculars—the ATN Night Shadow. Right by his side, there was a small backpack containing energy bars and water to last the night. There were some advertisement fliers—buy one, get one free type. On his way here, he just grabbed some of the letter boxes outside one of the housing complexes. Every morning, there would be tons of people sticking their tongues outside the letterbox, open for grabs! He was in the disguise of a day laborer. From the looks of it, he was returning from some construction work.
