Mizuno felt branches of trees flying past him as Chibuzo cut through them with sleek agility. He saw a few chimps leading the way. They were like black flashes among the trees. The sheer speed those long and muscular arms could produce was beyond Mizuno's wildest imagination.

He was feeling the boiling of blood from those apes. They were out for revenge—a battle of retaliation. It was an untold rule. "You don't mess with us; we don't mess with you." But the black beast had broken that rule. The peace treaty fell apart. The blood of a fellow brother was shed, babies were orphaned, and his wife was widowed. There was no going back.
