Bab 208: I'm not hiding away, I'm considering strategy

It had been days since Isabelle and Lyov discovered the first forged document. Since then, Lyov had not ceased his search of every single document, as ordered by Phoenix, but they hadn't found a trace of another.

Fortunately, there had been no rogue decrees sent out without her notice. And aside from the one they found initially, there wasn't any other documents.

It seemed whoever was scheming had planned to go for subtlety over shotgun. 

Of course, just that one decree would have been enough to bring the nation to its knees...and possibly worse. Had Lyov not been nosing around for something else and stumbled across it before it got sent out...the whole thing could've been so much worse.

It didn't change the fact that Isabelle still felt helpless and vulnerable.
