Mikase Reiko put her finger on her mouth, gesturing for silence, "Don't speak, or else I'll shoot. If your head explodes, don't blame me for not warning you."

"Lord Cole, wouldn't it be much better if you cooperated? I advise you, hand over the thumb drive!"

William Cole gently shook his head, "The thumb drive cannot be given to you."

"Then prepare to die." Mikase Reiko spoke irritably, then abruptly pulled the trigger.

"Bang—"

A loud sound rang out, the bullet brushing past William Cole's head, easily dodged by him.

"Lord Cole!"

"What's going on?"

Noises could be heard from outside, then Vermilion Bird and Ricky Davis rushed in. Upon seeing Mikase Reiko firing her gun, the two of them did not hesitate to take action.
