The doctors in white coats were startled and didn't dodge. Instead, they subconsciously raised their hands to grab the arm of William Cole who was punching at them.

William Cole added more force, punching one person right in the nose.

"You're not doctors, who are you?"

William Cole shouted.

Normally, if attacked, the first reaction would be to dodge.

This person not only didn't dodge but instead counterattacked, which proved he was not an ordinary person but a martial artist.

"Boom—" This person was punched in the chest by William Cole and flew backward, crashing into the door of the sickroom.

The other few people dressed as doctors saw this, rushed at William Cole, and pulled out a short samurai dagger from their waists.

"Are you Japanese? What are you doing here?" William Cole's face changed, and he protected Michele Keith behind him.

"You Bastards!"

These Japanese people cursed in anger, looking fierce and murderous.
