"Watch out!"
With a loud yell, William Cole flung two silver needles toward the crimson trajectory.
"Bang!" A gunshot rang out.
The bullet shattered the crimson entity even before William's silver needles reached it.
Sean Lawson, standing nearby, casually holstered his gun.
He looked down to see an insect, the size of a grown man's palm, added to the scene on the ground.
The bullet had perfectly obliterated the insect's head, leaving the body still writhing on the ground.
"Splat-"
Sean Lawson calmly strolled over and extinguished its life with a single footstep.
William Cole studied Sean Lawson closely - his shooting skills were too accurate.
God-like, to be precise, as it was difficult for anyone to shoot an insect in flight, especially in circumstances hanging by a hair. But he had blast it accurately right in the head.
"What is this thing?" Sean Lawson took a step back, looking at the fiery red carcass of the insect.
