Bab 85: Chapter Eighty-Six

She felt as beautiful as she looked in her stunning outfit, rubbing shoulders with the biggest stars in the world. Once again, her makeup artist and her stylist had outdone themselves. Ziza glued on the most glamorous smile she could for the cameras. They flashed everywhere on the red carpet, feeding her excitement for what the night had installed for her.

This was it. The MTV’s Video Music Awards, what she’d dreamed about her whole life—what she’d rehearsed for the past week. Juggling rehearsals in between gigs and appearances around the state, all her hard work would pay off tonight. Ziza struck another pose, alternating between which angles and cameras to mind—like her trainer had instructed her. Moving when she should and waving at the screaming fans behind the barricades.
