Two days later, there was still no news from Zhou Yu, which was hard for everyone to bear. Regret was hanging in the air for having arranged for Zhou Yu to act as the bait.

Du Jun didn't seem to feel much guilt. First, it was Zhou Yu's own decision, and he had not followed the plan; second, the plan was Gu Fan's idea, so Du Jun felt that Gu Fan and Zhou Yu himself were the ones most responsible.

Some others also felt there was some truth in what Du Jun said, using it to lessen their own feelings of guilt.

The police had already notified Zhou Yu's parents. His father, who lived in the same city, would arrive a day later, while his anxious mother was rushing over from another city. They both asked the police for specifics about what had happened.

Su Hui simply told them that Zhou Yu had disappeared during a trip to the restroom while they were all out watching a movie. Su Hui assured them that the police would do everything possible to find clues.
