Qian Cangyi sat in the guest's seat, facing Chen Simin's parents.

"She looks much better than before. Thank you, Doctor Qian," Chen Simin's mother spoke first.

"While there has been some improvement, you should remain vigilant for any relapse. Don't put too much pressure on her," Qian Cangyi advised, sipping the tea brewed by Chen Simin's mother.

"Alright, alright." Chen Simin's mother nodded quickly, but Qian Cangyi could tell she was only placating him.

"Well, I'll be leaving then. Chen Guangbiao will take care of the costs," Qian Cangyi gave a little smile before departing.

Chen Simin had stayed in her room all the while Qian Cangyi was there. In her hands was the regimen that Qian Cangyi had arranged for her. It was made up of two main sections: the first was a schedule of daily activities, and the second was a fitness plan. Both spanned a hundred days and were flexible in their setups.
