Draymond shook his head lightly and started the engine; it was the first time he had driven for someone. Zarina must be lucky to be his first passenger. However, he knew that Zarina didn't perceive it as a privilege but as something against her free will.

In the short time they had been together, he had memorized her gestures, expressions, and attitudes—almost everything. It didn't mean he was interested in knowing her, but his brain automatically retained the details. The downside of having a sharp mind is that it tends to remember unwanted information about something or someone, making it challenging to erase it. It's like a tattoo; once it's there, getting rid of it is not easy.

Silence enveloped the car. Only the sound of the engine filled the air. Zarina didn't know where they were heading, and she was too tired to open her mouth to speak. After all, conversing with Draymond was a waste of time; it only led to her blood boiling.
