Bab 9: chapter nine

Allie's Pov

My nervousness doesn't seem to calm down as I absentmindedly wash the dishes. And if I were not so consumed by my thoughts, I would also say that the head servant has been around this area a little more than she normally is and has been glaring at me throughout the course of my work today. I mean, I'm used to the stares, unwelcoming atmosphere, and stiff atmosphere around here, but its been bearable. I dont know, though today feels different. The air seems to be filled with more tension and hate, and I cant help but rummage through my mind and memories and think of all the things I could have possibly done.
