"Besides," she'd teased, "it's not like I wouldn't come back for it eventually." With each conversation, Sandro felt a deeper appreciation for the stories they were building, the chances they were giving to rising stars like Taylor, Tyler, and Moxley, and the impact of every match, every promo, and every championship run.

In the middle of all the discussion he was having with Dusty and Steve about the creative direction for FCW storylines in the future and also asking for April's opinions about dethroning as champion, he had just arrived at his apartment after dropping off April and Nicole to each of their apartment, he received a call from his father, Jack.

Sandro picked up the call from his iPhone, greeting his father, Jack, with genuine warmth. Jack returned the greeting, a warm chuckle in his voice that instantly eased Sandro's thoughts. The two chatted lightly, catching up on each other's days, and exchanging the latest updates from their lives. For Sandro, this moment felt like a rare reprieve from the whirlwind of his work with FCW.

After the initial small talk, Jack shifted the conversation in a new direction. "So, Sandro, remember last year when you suggested those investments in Twitter and the music industry?" Jack's tone held a spark of intrigue, drawing Sandro's full attention.

The memory surfaced easily. Sandro had indeed presented the idea to his father, even going so far as to create a full proposal for Jack's specialist team at Nexum Core headquarters during his last visit to Orlando.

He remembered that day clearly—the excitement and great confidenceof presenting to Jack's team of experts, the discussions that had followed, and the feeling that maybe, just maybe, he was onto something.

"Yeah, I remember," Sandro replied, a hint of curiosity in his voice. "I honestly wasn't sure if you'd end up going for it, considering all the other big projects Nexum Core has been tackling before, like Marvel and UFC where finally had been made public the finalization of the deal."

Jack chuckled again, this time with a more thoughtful tone. "Well, let's just say it sparked some serious discussions on our end," he admitted. "Between the success of the iPhone launch, which brought in a very large revenue than anticipated, and the strong returns from our investments in UFC and Marvel alongside the other investments, we had the funds to go forward with something new. And the team couldn't get your idea out of their heads."

Sandro felt a rush of excitement and pride as his father continued. "Over the past few months, we've had several high-level discussions with the team. At first, they weren't entirely convinced. Investing in Twitter seemed risky to some, and the music industry... well, you know how unpredictable it can be.

"But they couldn't ignore the potential you highlighted. So after going back and forth, analyzing the market, weighing the long-term opportunities, we decided to go big and make substantial investments in both Twitter and the music industry."

Sandro's heart raced at the news, as finally they listened to him and go forward with this investment because he know for damn sure, in the future they will receive returns from those investments forever for the great of their life.

He found himself leaning forward, as if to capture every word of Jack's update. "Dad, finally! That's amazing! Twitter had some untapped potential, especially with how fast social media is becoming the core of all communication. And the music industry… there's so much opportunity for growth and innovation, especially with the rise of streaming and digital platforms. All of this will bring us large amounts of revenues, as long as we do it right and follow what our consumers want."

Jack's voice softened, carrying a note of pride that Sandro hadn't often heard. "You know, Sandro, it's not often that I act on someone else's idea with this level of investment. But since it was you and you had also presented a vision that made sense to the team, not just financially, but in terms of what's coming next for media and entertainment. I can't tell you how many times the team came back to your presentation, quoting your ideas. Once again, I can't stop telling you that you've got a natural instinct for this."

Sandro smiled, feeling the weight of his father's words. "That means a lot, Dad. Really. It's one thing to have ideas, but for you and the team to actually take them seriously… I'm just glad I could contribute in some way."

"Well, you've done more than contribute," Jack replied. "In fact, I think this might be the start of something bigger for you. I know you're fully invested in FCW, and you've been doing amazing things there. But if you're interested, I'd like to keep you involved in the Twitter and music industry projects as they evolve, maybe for Marvel as well as you had the vision that becomes the core for us doing the investment in the first place. We're going to need fresh perspectives, especially in understanding how to connect with younger audiences."

Sandro felt a thrill at the prospect. The thought of expanding his professional footprint into the realms of social media and the music industry was something he hadn't seriously considered, but the idea intrigued him, and combined with his past memory he could make large improvements on both and also Marvel projects in the future so that their investment doesn't go flop.

His mind started buzzing with potential ways to bring his insights from wrestling and entertainment to these industries. "I'd love to be involved, Dad. I think there's a lot of synergy between what we do in wrestling and what's happening in social media, music, and Marvel. If anything, my experience with FCW has taught me how important storytelling and fan engagement are in keeping people invested."

Jack's tone was approving. "Exactly, Sandro. Entertainment is no longer about just putting out a product; it's about building relationships, fostering engagement, and creating a story that people want to be part of. The way you and the people at FCW building FCW's storylines, shows that you have a very strong understanding of how to keep audiences invested."

Sandro felt humbled by the praise but also energized. "I think we're on the same page there. In wrestling, fans are looking for authenticity and emotion. The same goes for Marvel, music, and even platforms like Twitter. People want something real to connect with and could influence their emotions."

As Sandro and Jack shared ideas on how to bring his vision for Twitter, Marvel, and the music industry to life, across town at WWE's headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, a high-stakes meeting was underway. Vince McMahon, the mastermind behind WWE's success, sat at the head of the table, his expression focused as he surveyed the room filled with top executives. Beside him sat his daughter Stephanie, his son Shane, and his wife Linda—all part of the WWE Board of Directors.

The mood was tense. WWE, once thriving as the pinnacle of professional wrestling and sports entertainment, had been hit hard by the economic crisis. Revenues had plummeted as the costs of operation soared.

Fans, already tightening their budgets, found ticket prices for WWE events prohibitively expensive, and merchandise sales had slumped. Even television ratings had dipped slightly, causing advertisers to pull back on spending.

Vince cleared his throat, his authoritative voice filling the room. "We're at a crossroads," he began, pausing to let his words sink in. "The numbers speak for themselves. Ticket sales are down, merchandise isn't moving, and our operational costs are through the roof. We're losing money every quarter, and if we don't take drastic action, it'll only get worse."

Linda, always the voice of calm, leaned forward. "Vince, we've faced challenges before, but this economic downturn is different. Cutting operational costs could help us stay afloat, but it would compromise the quality of our shows. Our product is what defines us. The fans won't tolerate subpar programming."

Stephanie nodded in agreement. "We need to figure out how to balance the need for cuts without sacrificing the fan experience. WWE's success relies on the relationship we've built with our audience, just like any entertainment brand. Our connection with fans is what keeps them invested."

Shane, however, looked more pensive. "Maybe it's time to think about outside investment. Selling a percentage of our shares could give us the capital we need to survive this economic slump without gutting our shows. The question is—who would we even approach, and would they be interested in buying in?"

The board sat in silence, weighing Shane's suggestion. Selling shares in WWE could be a viable solution, but it came with risks. WWE had always been a McMahon family-owned entity. Allowing outsiders in could shift the company's direction, for better or worse.

Vince, however, seemed intrigued by the idea even though it would mean the control of WWE wouldn't be truly held by the McMahon family. "If we go down this road, it has to be someone we can trust—someone who understands the vision and values WWE represents. We can't just bring in anyone with deep pockets; we need a strategic partner."

Stephanie interjected thoughtfully. "We've built WWE into an empire, but entertainment and media are changing. Look at companies like Marvel, UFC, and even what's happening with social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. They've managed to expand their influence by reaching new demographics and offering more personalized experiences. Maybe that's what we need to consider—a partner who can bring fresh insight into our core audience and help us expand into new spaces."

Linda nodded thoughtfully, her gaze steady. "What about Nexum Core?" she suggested, drawing everyone's attention. "They've been quietly making moves in entertainment and tech, and they have a reputation for strategic, visionary investments. I heard they've recently invested heavily in Marvel and UFC acquiring full equity, and I wouldn't be surprised if they're looking to expand even further into sports entertainment with the big investment they made in UFC."

At the mention of Nexum Core, Vince looked intrigued. Nexum Core had become a powerful name in the investment world, especially under Jack's leadership. Vince had heard about their strategic forays into companies that had unique growth potential and very big potential return on the investment made, like Marvel and UFC, which were now thriving due to their influence.

If Nexum Core were to invest in WWE, it might not only provide financial relief but also introduce a fresh perspective that could enhance WWE's long-term potential, but at the same time a nagging voice was telling him that it's much better to do budget cuts rather than losing control.

Shane was the first to voice his thoughts. "If we're seriously considering a partnership with Nexum Core, we'd need to reach out to Jack directly. From what I know, they're not just looking to make money—they look for opportunities where they can add value. They'd be just as invested in WWE's success as we are."

Stephanie nodded, her eyes shining with excitement. "And it would make sense for them, too. WWE has global reach, brand recognition, and millions of loyal fans. If Nexum Core brought in some of their media platforms and tech expertise, we could potentially reimagine WWE's brand and reach audiences in ways we've never considered."

As Vince weighed Stephanie and Shane's words, he felt a familiar battle raging within himself. His instinct to maintain control clashed with the rational side urging him to accept that WWE needed new resources and perspectives to survive this economic storm. Cutting the budget would mean losing top-tier talent, diminishing production quality, and risking fan disappointment, but reaching out to an external entity—especially one as powerful as Nexum Core—meant surrendering a part of his empire.
