Golden Blood was but a legend, distinct from the Golden Giant Dragon within the Dragon Clan. Unlike the royal family within the Dragon Clan, the Golden Clan, as legend has it, was a race created from Divine Blood bestowed by the gods. They were all god-blooded descendants mentioned in tales, few in number, with extraordinary abilities.

However, many people didn't believe in such legends, until, several hundred years ago, someone in the Assessment World obtained Golden Blood. After drinking it, that person truly became a member of the Golden Clan, and thus the legend began to flourish.
