Bab 376: Chapter 376: Luring the Monster

Song Jian, alongside the Black Dragon cub, made his way deep into the Blood Demon Cave;

The density of monsters in this dungeon was terrifying to behold. This was likely why every team that had ventured here had either been completely wiped out, or retreated empty-handed.

Song Jian and the dragon found themselves in a narrow passage, wide enough only for two to walk abreast. The passage wound around for about ten meters, its walls an unsettling deep red, as if it was bleeding.

At the end of the passage was a confined cave. A cluster of monsters sat around a fire, tearing into the corpse of a human, letting out low growls as they fought over their meal;

Amongst the monsters, only two or three were Blood Mage attendants, the rest were all apprentices.

Although the cave was small, it could barely accommodate a five-member team for combat, but that would mean taking on around seventeen or eighteen monsters at once.
