Just when Jin Xin felt that one of his troubles had been eliminated, Major Mitchell felt his problems were multiplying.

The enemy had deviated from the norm and had commenced a frenzied onslaught!

Locked in an air-raid shelter? Not on his watch. He led his troops swiftly towards the entrance of the air-raid shelter where Major Mitchell picked up the scent of scorched earth.

The air was heavy with the smell of metal and gunpowder!

"Defensive formation!" Major Mitchell called out.

His special forces immediately moved to their assigned positions—they'd originally been stationed there but were pulled out by the Major when the unexpected occurred in the shelter.

As the gunfire didn't seem as intense as he'd imagined, Major Mitchell beckoned over a subordinate, "What's happening? Have they retreated?"
