The glass assassin's laughter was eerie. Shen Yue knew instantly that the chance he was being offered would not be easily accomplished, but he still asked, "What should I do to free Jin Xin?"

"Simple, kill Nuanyu for me!" the glass assassin replied immediately.

Silence fell over the room again.

There was no sound from Nuanyu's side, no one knew what the woman who abruptly lost her control was thinking.

After a short while, Shen Yue asked, "Why? Why do you want to kill Nuanyu?"

His hand holding the gun was somewhat cold, yet he was still analyzing the current situation calmly.

Killing Nuanyu to save Jin Xin seemed like a good deal, but if Nuanyu died, the poison inside Jin Xin could not be removed. Not to mention, killing Nuanyu was not a solution to the present crisis.

The glass assassin burst out laughing, "Why kill her? I am doing you a favor. Don't you realize that Jin Xin is in his current predicament because of Nuanyu?"
