This liquid was Leon's creation. The lumisight Eyes was an eye type that depended alot on the purity of the bloodline and even though Anan was quite talented, his lumisight Eyes abilities were severely lacking.

So as a request from Leon, Arian cut of the heads of several memebers of the dalriss family who had the lumisight Eyes and handed them to Leon. Of which Leon extracted their essence and refined it into this liquid.

Deep In a particular section of Badur's Gate, along with several human parts were 10s of dalriss family members head.
