Bab 547: We Will Burn Everything

The entire vast area under the Yinblood sect's dominion received a new batch of thousands of red disciples every year. Each year, only a few hundred managed to graduate to a higher rank. The rest stayed behind, trying again, desperately seeking survival and resources.

But only one in every five disciples truly managed to rise; the rest would eventually be buried in the forest.

Even so, the forest harbored tens of millions of red disciples, two-thirds of whom belonged to the planet's six largest Fey clans. The remainder consisted of other clans, with a tiny minority of foreigners.

On this day, all disciples from the six families received urgent messages from their clans, informing them of the evil they were to eliminate. Simultaneously, all from smaller or foreign clans were recruited by the larger clans. They accepted without hesitation; everyone wanted to owe a favor to the two main families, whose greatest stars had been captured and turned into slaves.
