Bab 263: I think we overdid it

The celestial world dissipated as abruptly as it arrived. The whale, with Ruri on its back, landed on the ground, observing the land covered by a thin scarlet mist. It was the infernal laws that emanated from the three patriarchs.

These laws began to flow after their deaths, but a few seconds later, Bruno activated the power of faith and suppressed them. More precisely, they refused to mix or share the same space with each other, and their runes just remained still, apart.

As soon as the whale touched the ground and everything went dark, a scarlet tide rose frantically. At the same time, the instincts of Alm and Bruno sent a total alert; it was still distant, but certain death was rapidly approaching.
