The following day, Loreen since they were still waiting for their next tasks, Loreen decided to discuss with everyone what the plan was for the whole project. Thus, she sent them a message on their team group chat to go to her office.

While waiting for our next task, I would like to discuss some of the details for the feeding program so attached here is a copy of the project proposal. 

Please read it and go to my office once everyone is done reading it. 

Please list any questions about it you might have so you can inquire about it once we have a discussion/meeting about it later.

Everyone was waiting for tasks to do so they read her message immediately and gave a thumbs up.

Loreen then did whatever work she could since James' message to her on what to do for now was just to continue training the members of the team.
