What are the Demon Race? What is the human race?

Some may wonder, within the Demon Race are the Wolf Clan, Fox Clan, Tiger Clan, Rabbit Clan... and so on, numerous varieties. These clans harbor grudges and natural enemies amongst themselves; so, why do they collectively refer to themselves as the Demon Race?

The answer is simple: Those who are not human are of the Demon Race!

No matter what clan you belong to, as long as you're not of the human race, you can all be called the Demon Race. It's like how all countries outside one's own are referred to as foreign.

In ancient times, All Tribes stood together, but as the human race rose to prominence and other species realized that individual tribes could not compete with humans, these tribes began to band together for warmth and unity.

One could say that it was the human race's exclusion that involuntarily unified these tribes into what is now called the Demon Race, defined from the perspective of the human race.
