Bab 116: The battle in Navaag and the groups decision

Galen stood firm against the onslaught. His sword parrying any and all attacks. When an opportunity presented itself, he would counter with a mighty swing of his sword, sending a shadow lynx reeling. His breath came in ragged gasps, but his resolve remained unwavering.

The forest seemed to tremble with the violence of the conflict. Trees groaned, and branches snapped as the combatants wrestled for dominance. The waves of aura they emitted as they fought blew the ground asunder, churning it into a muddy mire.

As the battle wore on, the trio was constantly fighting, but a sense of fatigue began to creep in. Their movements slowed, and their breaths came in ragged gasps. The shadow lynxes, sensing their prey's weakening, pressed their advantage. With a renewed ferocity, they attacked, their claws raking at exposed flesh.
