He took a wide, stable stance, his legs shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. His sword is held high, the blade angled diagonally, ready to parry or deflect incoming attacks. Eldric's body was tense but relaxed, prepared to react explosively to any threat. 

It was one of the techniques that made his father known as the Forest Warden in the Blackwood Barony back in Naloria.

It was a family technique that was passed on for generations…

The technique is based on defense and could swift counterattacks. When Eldric fought in the battles back in Naloria, he had already mastered the first form of the technique. It's over was quite substantial; after all, it was a common stage 2 technique.
