Bab 294: Chapter 293: There's Such a Game

Perhaps they had heard of Peter Brown's arrival, and suddenly pairs of young people emerged from the bushes.

As these young people appeared, Peter could hear them singing in response to one another.

Modest Thompson, a passionate man, began to explain the singing situation to Peter, regardless of whether he agreed or not.

The village clearly didn't have many forms of entertainment, and young men and women would often come here for singing competitions. If they liked each other, they could even engage in wild activities here.

It took Peter a while to understand that the singing competitions were actually responses to one another. When the girl raised her thoughts, the boy must answer, often asking about various matters from Heaven and Earth.

Peter had good hearing and was amused as he listened to others sing their responses. Much of the knowledge shared was simple, and he felt no pressure, but found it funny to watch the young boys thinking earnestly.
