Bab 69: Chapter 69: Drunk

Peter Brown didn't know how much wine he had drunk. At first, he didn't want to use his True Qi to digest the alcohol, but later, as he became utterly drunk, he couldn't even use his True Qi to sober up. Other than his mind still being somewhat clear, his body was completely weak.

It was then that Peter realized that True Qi was not omnipotent. Now that he was drunk like this, he couldn't use True Qi to sober up at all.

"Quinn, since Peter is your man, you should take care of him and help him to bed."

Aurelia Green said to Quinn Walker.
