Nyx said she wanted to see Selena, and I didn't want to say yes to that.

I've only met Nyx a few times, but I can tell that Nyx doesn't like me.

Now Selena and I are still on the same page. If she whispers something to Selena, it's going to be even harder for me to get her back.

"Selena just had an abortion a few days ago," I said. "She needs to rest. She's not fit for visitors."

"What do you mean, a visitor? Selena is my cousin's daughter. I am her aunt and relative. I am not a guest!" Nyx was very angry. “I'm a fortune teller that your mother brought me here. She respects me very much. If you don't take me to see Selena, then I'll stay in your pack. I'll find Selena!”

Faced with the stubborn Nyx, I began to weigh the pros and cons. If I took her to see Selena, she might be moved by my actions. If I don't take her to Selena, she'll find Selena sooner or later, and when she does, things are going to get even worse.
