Within Cast, Sebastian was discussing with his strongest companions about their strategy for the upcoming sortie. Meanwhile, the Blackstone Empire was also strategizing for the next phase of the battle. 

The commander of the Blackstone Empire, already seething with anger, was frustrated by the prolonged resistance of the seemingly insignificant Cast. 

He pondered how they could achieve victory on the battlefield if every city-state of the Rhine Alliance could hold them off for so long.

"We can't afford to waste more time," the general said in a stern voice to the gathered crowd, which included allies from the Blackstone Empire, their own warriors, and Adventurer warriors. 

"The Emperor has given us direct orders to seize Cast quickly and then advance towards WindPotal. If we continue to linger in Cast, the Rhine Alliance's offensive at sea poses a significant threat to us."
