Private military corporations have not yet emerged in Australasia, as Arthur's arms factory and shipyard have achieved a degree of technological superiority that cannot currently be matched by capital in Australasia.

Following the Ministry of Industry, Security Minister Thomas was introduced.

"Your Majesty, ladies and gentlemen. Our police training system has gradually taken shape after a long period of development. Up to now, there are more than 4,000 police officers distributed across over 300 police stations of varying sizes throughout Australasia. Our police training system can also train over 200 officers annually, meeting our public security needs as the population increases," Security Minister Thomas briefed.

According to the statistics for the previous year, there were fewer than 1,000 criminal incidents within the Kingdom of Australasia in 1906, with less than one-tenth of those involving human lives.
